SLImTAG
SLImTAG is a lightweight, user-friendly, and modular GUI for interactive image segmentation. It combines traditional annotation tools (brushes, connected components, and magic wand) with AI-powered segmentation and Bayesian optimization for efficient domain specialization. The tool supports multiple masks with color previews, undo, and mask import/export. Thanks to its minimal software requirements, SLImTAG runs efficiently even on resource-limited systems. Native support for NRRD, NIfTI, and DICOM formats makes it particularly suitable for biomedical imaging applications.
